In the spring of 2015, we discovered a high demand for fully equipped (all-in) homes. We mediate on behalf of various owners and manage the properties. Flexibility is our top priority. You do not have to rent from us for a minimum period (for example, one or two years). Feel free to contact us for stays lasting one month or longer.

All our accommodations are modernly furnished and upholstered and come with a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable. Each home is equipped with a television, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and microwave. We also provide all the necessary kitchenware, bed linen, and towels. The all-in rental price covers standard utilities such as gas, water, electricity, television, and internet. As an additional service, you can opt for weekly cleaning, including fresh bed linen and towels.

After mutual contact has been established, a certain degree of trust has been built up, and the correct documents have been supplied, we will email you the rental agreement and the general terms and conditions. You can then read these carefully and return them to us by email if you agree.

You can pay by bank transfer. You can also pay on arrival with a credit card as an exception.

We welcome you to the location and show you the accommodation with all facilities. We also provide the necessary information about the house rules and hand over the keys. During your stay, we try to serve you within 24 hours.

We expect you to leave the home as you received it on arrival. We ask you to pay a deposit in advance. If you registered with the municipality, you must send us proof of deregistration. If you meet these conditions, we will return the deposit within two weeks of your departure.
