In the spring of 2015, we discovered a high demand for fully equipped (all-in) homes. Since then, we have mediated accommodations on behalf of various owners and managed them.

Service is our top priority. Our colleagues are prepared to make things as easy as possible for you.

You can rent from us for a minimum of one month, although most tenants typically stay for at least six months.

Our offer includes modern, furnished accommodations equipped with pans, cutlery, bedding, white goods, and a microwave for a comfortable living experience. The rent covers gas, water, electricity, television, and internet. Additionally, we can provide a weekly cleaning service, including fresh bed linen and towels.

The "all-in" rent is designed to provide you, as a tenant, with as much service as possible. You will receive a fully furnished and upholstered home, and you won't have to sign contracts for energy, internet, and television. Everything is arranged for you.

The minimum rental period is one month.

Once we have established mutual contact and built a certain degree of trust, we will email you the rental agreement and the general terms and conditions. You can then review these documents, sign the agreement if you agree, and return it to us.

You can generally register with the municipality of Tilburg. Please note: after the end of the rental period you must show proof of deregistration. The deposit will then be returned, provided that the property has been left clean and free of damage.

We ask you to pay a deposit in advance. The deposit amount depends on the rental period and the property you are staying in. Notabene: If you leave the property as you received it on arrival, with no damage and clean condition, and have deregistered with the municipality, we will refund your deposit within two weeks of departure.

You can pay by bank transfer. In exceptional cases, you can pay by credit card.

You will receive a monthly invoice from Stichting Swan Cliëntengelden (Swan Client-funds Foundation), which collects the rent on behalf of the landlord.

Because our rental periods are flexible, prices cannot be determined in advance. Please contact us for more information.

No, because as a resident of Tilburg, you must pay municipality tax (Gemeentelijke Belastingen), including sewage charges (RIOG) & waste levy (AFV). It is a service (sewer and waste treatment) that the government offers to its residents.

We will personally welcome you, allow you access to the apartment, give you a tour of all the facilities, provide necessary information about the house rules, and hand over the keys.

Some homeowners allow this, but unfortunately, most don't. Please include a special request for pets with your request.

If you have expressed an interest in renting a property through us, we will ask you to fill in a form with personal information such as your name, e-mail address and telephone number. We only use this information to send you an offer or a rental agreement.

Personal information is removed from our system when no rental agreement is concluded or when a rental agreement is terminated. We now comply with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act.
