In the spring of 2015, we started renting out properties in Tilburg, and we discovered that there was a high demand for furnished rent. Our offer now consists of more than 70 fully equipped homes.
Flexibility is our top priority. You can rent from us for shorter or longer periods. Our colleagues are ready to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our goal is to welcome you, take over your worries and make you feel at home.
Short stay means that a house is rented for a short period. This is in deviation from the "usual" renting, which often takes place indefinitely.
Our properties are based on all-in rental with flexible rental periods. For this, they are modernly furnished and upholstered, and the rent includes all utilities, television, and the internet as standard. Furthermore, they are equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine, dryer, TV, kitchen inventory, beds, and linen.
Because of our range of flexible rental periods, no price can be determined in advance. Please contact us for this.
After there has been mutual contact and a certain degree of trust has been built up, we will send you the rental agreement and the general terms and conditions by e-mail. You can then read these through and if agreed upon, sign the contract and return it to us by e-mail.
Payment is mainly made by bank transfer. Also, we also accept payment with the following credit cards: Master Card, Visa, and American Express.
In exceptional cases you can, upon consultation with us, pay on arrival. This can be done by debit card, PayPal or credit card.
We ask you to pay a deposit in advance. The amount of the deposit depends on the rental period and the property in which you are staying. If you have left the property on departure as you had received it on arrival, damage-free and clean, we will return the deposit within two weeks of your departure.
We would like to hear from you when you arrive at the location. We will then be on site for a personal welcome, explanation of the facilities, information about the area, house rules and transfer of the key to your new home.
