The general rule for taxes and levies is as follows: owners receive the bill for owner levies (such as the property tax/OZB), and tenants are responsible for user levies, such as the waste collection levy. A tenant pays municipal taxes if they are registered as a resident in the Personal Records Database (BRP).

Taxes are therefore not included in the ‘all-in’ price, as a resident of the municipality of Tilburg must pay these taxes. If a tenant does not register as a resident, you as the owner must pay the tourist tax.

Each new tenant is personally welcomed on location. During check-in, we explain the property, facilities, house rules, and the surrounding area. The key handover takes place after a thorough inspection, during which we document the property's condition with photos in a digital report.

We also offer optional services like cleaning, laundry, and ironing.

At Swan Short Stay, this means you can rent a fully furnished and equipped home starting from just one month.

The minimum rental period is one month.
