A washing machine and dryer are also available. The two bedrooms are located on the first floor. Parking is available on the adjacent secured private lot, and you can enjoy free Wi-Fi.
All our apartments are standardly provided with bed linen and towels. Weekly cleaning can be arranged upon request. The maximum rental period for this specific apartment is six months.
What do we do?
We act on behalf of various property owners by offering fully furnished, all-inclusive rental homes and managing them professionally. We focus on tenants who can demonstrate the need for short-term accommodation. Our properties are therefore completely “ready to enter”: modernly furnished and finished, and equipped with, among other things, a television, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, and microwave. Kitchen utensils, beds, bed linen, and towels are also provided.
The rental price includes 21% VAT, utilities, furnishings, and TV & internet. Optional cleaning, laundry, and ironing services are available.
