The Neighborhood:
The studio is situated in a quiet 1930s neighborhood, De Armhoefse Akker, which is a popular area in Tilburg. It’s just a three-minute bike ride to the city center, the O13 pop center, bars, museums, the harbor, nature park, restaurants, and shopping center. Tilburg University is also nearby. Parking in the neighborhood is free.
The Living Space:
This comfortable and stylish 40m² studio features a terrace and a fully equipped kitchen. It includes a private bathroom and toilet. The studio is located on the second floor, with access via the kitchen on the ground floor and a shared back door. While the studio does not have a lockable door, you will have all the privacy you need. The owner resides on the ground floor.
Access:
The studio is located in the attic (accessible by two flights of stairs). Shared access is through the gate at the side of the house, followed by the back door.
Landlord Information:
The landlord is a 53-year-old woman with 10 years of experience in property management. She works both from the office and from home and has two young adult sons who no longer live at home. While she values good communication with her tenant, she also enjoys her privacy. Additionally, she has a cat that is not allowed in the studio.
Interaction During the Rental Period:
The landlord is available for questions during your stay, as she lives in the house. It’s important to respect the privacy of your neighbors. No photos or videos of the garden or neighbors are permitted.
