Accessible from the living room is the bathroom, which includes a shower, sink, and toilet. The bathroom also benefits from underfloor heating and has a door leading to the backyard. The bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a spacious sliding wardrobe, and direct garden access. The beautiful garden enhances your stay, especially on sunny days.
A washing and drying combination machine is available in the storage room adjacent to the bedroom for your convenience. The garden house provides free Wi-Fi, towels, bed linens, and air conditioning. Weekly cleaning services can be arranged upon request.

**Contract Information:**
We are seeking tenants who can justify their need for short-term rentals. The rental agreement is inherently short-term, with a maximum rental period of 6 months. Registration is not permitted.
